Junior Data Specialist

About this role

We are looking for detail-oriented Juniors and Students to join our remote workforce. As a Data Specialist, you will act as the "human quality control" for our clients' CRM systems. You will research, verify, and enrich business data without the need for any coding. This is a perfect entry-level role for someone looking to start a career in Tech, SaaS, or Operations. What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Data Enrichment: Research B2B companies using LinkedIn, Google, and company websites to find missing contact information (emails, job titles). CRM Cleaning: Review and clean up existing data inside systems like HubSpot or Salesforce (fixing typos, removing duplicates, formatting names). Quality Assurance: Verify that AI-generated data is accurate and makes sense for the client. Process Compliance: Follow step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) inside the SolidusGrid Command Center. What You Need (Requirements): Language: Decent written and reading English. Tools: A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection. Skills: Fast typing, familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, and high computer literacy. Superpower: Extreme attention to detail—you hate seeing typos and disorganized data. Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week.
